I serve Redwood City, the Peninsula, and surrounding SF Bay Area. 

I am available for daytime and evening hours. Shifts are generally between 4-8 hours. See below for rates and packages!

During my visits I offer:

  • Newborn care

  • Sibling care

  • Feeding and diapering

  • Guidance on lactation/feeding support, setting up sleep habits, and also things like baby-wearing, cloth diapers, etc

  • General knowledge on newborn care and answering “is this normal??” type questions

  • Infant massage

  • Light housework including dishes, laundry, some tidying-up, baby-related errands

  • Light meal/snack prep

  • Reassurance, empathy, a nonjudgemental listening ear

Daytime Packages

24 Hour package : $1,200

  • 24 hours of care, over 2-3 weeks (about 12 hours of care per week)

  • 1-2 hour Preparing for Postpartum consultation

  • virtual support via text for up to 4 weeks postpartum

40 Hour package : $2,000

  • 40 hours of care, over 4-5 weeks (about 10 hours of care per week)

  • 1-2 hour Preparing for Postpartum consultation

  • virtual support via text for up to 6 weeks postpartum

90 Hour package : $4,300

  • 90 hours of care, over 8-10 weeks (about 10 hours of care per week)

  • 1-2 hour Preparing for Postpartum consultation

  • virtual support via text for up to 12 weeks postpartum

A La Carte Offerings

Preparing for Postpartum Consultations: $125

I offer prenatal consultations to help prepare for the postpartum period. I will cover topics such as expectations for the fourth trimester, basic feeding education and expectations, and helping set up and organize the nursery, as well as talking over any concerns, anxieties, or worries you have around birth, postpartum, and new parenthood. This consult would last 1-2 hours, and can take place in your home, a third space (eg coffee shop), or over a videocall.

Daytime Postpartum Doula visits: $45/hr

Virtual Support: $100-$300

Available via text or phone call to answer any question, concerns, or simply offer reassurance as needed, for 1-3 months postpartum

Overnight Care

I’m willing to discuss customizing a package for overnight care for a limited duration (up to 2 weeks) and then transitioning to daytime.

Overnight Rate: $60/hr
